This Privacy Policy explains how Inicorn Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Plixstar platform and services ("Platform"), in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1.1 Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password when you register for an account.
1.2 Order and transaction information — billing and delivery addresses, order history, payment method details (processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers), and communications with sellers or our support team.
1.3 Seller and business information — for vendor, B2B, and KOL accounts: business registration details, bank account details for payouts, and tax information.
1.4 Usage information — pages you visit, searches you make, and how you interact with the Platform, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
1.5 Device information — IP address, browser type, and device identifiers, used for security, fraud prevention, and service delivery.
2.1 To create and manage your account, and process and fulfil your orders.
2.2 To communicate with you about your orders, account, and customer support requests.
2.3 To process payments and refunds through our payment partners.
2.4 To arrange delivery through our shipping and logistics partners.
2.5 To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised activity on the Platform.
2.6 To improve the Platform and, where you have consented, to send you marketing communications and promotions. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time from your account settings.
2.7 To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including tax and e-invoicing requirements.
3.1 We use necessary cookies to operate the Platform (e.g. keeping you signed in, remembering your cart), and, where you consent, functional, analytics, and marketing cookies to improve your experience and measure how the Platform is used.
3.2 You can manage your cookie and marketing preferences at any time from your account privacy settings.
4.1 Sellers on the Platform, to the extent necessary to fulfil an order you place with them.
4.2 Payment processors, to process payments and refunds.
4.3 Shipping and logistics partners, to deliver your orders and provide tracking.
4.4 Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. hosting, analytics, customer support tools), bound by confidentiality obligations.
4.5 Regulators, tax authorities, and law enforcement, where required by law.
4.6 We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5.1 We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6.1 Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent to marketing communications.
6.2 You can access and export your data, and manage your consent preferences, from your account privacy settings. For other requests, contact us using the details below.
7.1 The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18), consistent with our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
8.1 We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
