Go to Account, then Orders, and open the order to see its status and tracking number. Once a seller ships, the courier and tracking link appear there, and you are notified as the status changes.
You can cancel while an order is still awaiting payment or before the seller processes it, from Account, then Orders. After it ships, use a return instead. Refunds for cancelled paid orders go back to your original payment method.
FPX results can lag. Wait a few minutes and refresh Account, then Orders. If the order still shows unpaid after your bank debited you, the amount is reconciled or reversed by the bank, usually within a few working days. If it does not resolve, contact us with your order number.
Yes. Use the currency selector in the top bar. Prices are shown converted for reference, and charges are settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at checkout.
Delivery is via Pos Laju and Ninja Van, depending on the seller and your delivery zone. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days after the seller ships. Exact options and fees are shown at checkout.
Open Account, then Returns, choose a delivered order and the items (you can return part of a quantity), and pick a refund or exchange. Once the seller approves and receives the item, the refund goes back to your original payment method.
Some sellers choose to show prices only to signed-in shoppers. Log in or create an account and the price and Add to cart will appear.
Go to Account, then Security, and use Change email. We send a confirmation link to the new address, and the change takes effect once you confirm it.
Eligible vouchers are applied automatically at checkout, and you can also choose from available vouchers there. Your claimable and used vouchers are under Account, then Coupons.
You earn points on eligible purchases and can redeem them for a discount at checkout. Track your balance and history under Account, then Loyalty.
Badges on a product show the verified sustainability certifications it carries, so you can shop by the eco attributes that matter to you. You can also filter the storefront by certification.
At checkout you can provide your TIN to request a Malaysian LHDN e-invoice, and you can request one for past orders from Account, then e-Invoice requests. Approved e-invoices are submitted to MyInvois and emailed to you.
